Executive Chef Alain Devahive Tolosa spearheads Catalunya's culinary direction with his unparalleled creativity and technical expertise. He has spent a decade in the kitchens at elBulli Restaurant and elBulli Catering, and is well-educated with the teaching and demonstration of new techniques and products developed at elBulli Restaurant. Chef Alain has also held prominent positions in several Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe.

Working alongside Chef Alain to bring Catalunya to the forefront of Singapore's dining scene is Restaurant Manager Pol Perelló, who was Director of Communications and Restaurant Manager of elBulli for 12 years. He leads an international team of professionals to offer a truly exquisite visit where traditional food and modern techniques meet. True to his Catalan roots, Pol aims to create a wholesome Spanish experience with the right ambience for every guest. Other former elBulli team members also include Ruben Carmona, Mauricio and Sergi Villacampa.
